The Crypt and Latina K Turner D’Ho (formerly Perlita Picante) are delighted to announce the return of “Azúcar” to Olympia on a new bi-monthly format! “Azúcar”, now “A Latine Cabaret Experience”, is the first all-Latine Burlesque revue show in Olympia, WA. The show’s mission is to showcase Latin voices through performance art; we are celebrating the diversity of our backgrounds and invite you to be part of this one-of-a-kind kickoff event on September 16, 2023, at the start of Hispanic Heritage Month. Space is limited, we recommend advance ticket purchase to guarantee entry.
Featuring Olympia’s Premier all-Latine burlesque collective Papaya Magic Cabaret, and a rotating cast of Burlesque, Drag and Variety artists of Latine heritage from the Pacific Northwest; each performer brings something unique to our stage. Presented by The Crypt, hosted by Latina K Turner D’Ho and VenDetta Petty Kash D’Ho.
