Why should you donate?
Azúcar is at the forefront in 2024, which wouldn’t be possible without the support from our community. We now have two sold-out shows under our belt, a successful post-lockdown return, where every artist gets paid a fair guaranteed stipend.
We have all dates secured with our current venue, but we also want to take this show to a fancy place near you in Seattle and Portland and that requires funds we right now don’t have. There’s so much Latine talent in the PNW that we can’t possibly fit in our current setting that is worthy of being seen.
Contributing to the Azúcar fund will help cover overhead costs at our current location, and generate revenue for taking this baby on the road and gain more visibility. The question is, are you in?
